Our journey began in the early years of adulthood, in a humble church in Guatemala. At 18 and 16 years old, my wife and I crossed paths, laying the foundation for what would become a lifelong partnership.
In the year 2000, we took a monumental step, leaving behind familiar shores to pursue new opportunities in the United States. New York City became our home for the next five years, a period of adaptation and growth as we familiarized ourselves with the rhythms of a new country.
By 2005, we found ourselves drawn to the warmth and promise of Bradenton, Sarasota, nestled in the heart of Florida. It was here that we decided to make our commitment official, exchanging vows in 2007 and embarking on the journey of marriage.
The year 2012 marked a significant turning point as we ventured into the construction industry, laying the groundwork for our entrepreneurial endeavors. Little did we know that this decision would not only shape our professional trajectory but also enrich our personal lives in ways we never imagined.
In 2013, our family welcomed a precious addition: our son, Rodrigo. His arrival was a testament to our faith and prayers, bringing immeasurable joy and purpose into our lives. As we navigated the complexities of parenthood, we found ourselves grappling with the delicate balance of managing a business while nurturing our family bonds.
At the tender age of 8, Rodrigo's passion for music emerged, igniting a newfound enthusiasm within our family. His love for drumming became a symbol of our belief in pursuing passions with fervor and dedication, a principle we strive to embody in both our personal and professional pursuits.
In the same year, Marin Delgado was officially registered in the state of Florida, marking the formal inception of our journey in the construction industry. Rooted in our faith, we have always sought to integrate spiritual values into our work, viewing each project as an opportunity to make a positive impact in the Kingdom of God.
Our vision extends beyond the mere construction of buildings; it is a commitment to rebuilding, renewing, and restoring lives.
